Privacy Policy

DataMoum Create is operated by KCREW (“DataMoum,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains how the mobile app handles information.
1. On-device processing
No account is required. Editor text, selected photos, exported designs, language, age confirmation, and personalized-ads choice are processed or stored locally on your device. Selected photos are not uploaded to a DataMoum server.
2. Rewarded advertising
The app uses the Pangle advertising SDK. A rewarded ad plays only after you tap a clearly labelled control such as “Watch an ad” for HD export. By default Pangle shows non-personalized ads. Personalized ads are used only if you turn on Personalized ads in the app’s Privacy settings (and, on iOS, also allow tracking). Pangle may process device identifiers, advertising interactions, diagnostics, performance data, and approximate location inferred from an IP address to deliver, secure, and measure ads. We do not use the separate TikTok App Events module.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your photos, designs, or editor content. Advertising information may be processed by Pangle and its vendors under their policies, but locally stored creation content is not shared with Pangle.
4. Retention and deletion
Local data remains until you clear app storage or uninstall the app. Pangle determines retention for information it processes. You may turn personalized ads off in the app at any time; ads then stay non-personalized.
5. Children and international processing
The app is not directed to children under 13. Pangle and its vendors may process advertising information in countries other than yours using applicable transfer safeguards.
6. Your choices
You never have to watch an ad: standard creation and export features work without one. You can keep ads non-personalized or turn personalized ads on or off in Privacy settings. You may also limit tracking in operating-system settings, reset the advertising identifier, or delete local data by uninstalling.
