Privacy Policy

DataMoum Create is operated by KCREW (“DataMoum,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains how the mobile app handles information.
1. On-device processing
No account is required. Editor text, selected photos, exported designs, language, age confirmation, and advertising choice are processed or stored locally on your device. Selected photos are not uploaded to a DataMoum server.
2. Optional rewarded advertising
The app uses the Pangle advertising SDK only after you allow advertising. Rewarded ads are optional and appear only when you request a clearly labelled benefit such as HD export. Pangle may process device identifiers, advertising interactions, diagnostics, performance data, and approximate location inferred from an IP address to deliver, secure, and measure ads. We do not use the separate TikTok App Events module.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your photos, designs, or editor content. Advertising information may be processed by Pangle and its vendors under their policies, but locally stored creation content is not shared with Pangle.
4. Retention and deletion
Local data remains until you clear app storage or uninstall the app. Pangle determines retention for information it processes. You may withdraw advertising permission in the app at any time.
5. Children and international processing
The app is not directed to children under 13. Pangle and its vendors may process advertising information in countries other than yours using applicable transfer safeguards.
6. Your choices
You may decline rewarded advertising and continue using standard creation and export features. You may also limit tracking in operating-system settings, reset the advertising identifier, or delete local data by uninstalling.
